Omurice with Mayo Sauce

Kewpie Mayo Sauce

Ingredient

Egg 2 pcs
White Rice 400g
Prawn (peeled) 50g
Spring Onion (sliced) 1 pc
Onion (chopped) some
KEWPIE Mayo Sauce some

Instructions

  1. Heat up the pan. Saute the chopped onions and prawns.
  2. Put in rice and spring onion. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Gently beat the eggs together in a mixing bowl and season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and tilt it to cover the bottom of the pan. Lower the heat when the bottom of the egg has set.
  5. Then, put the fried rice on top of the omelette as shown in the picture.
  6. Lastly, squeeze KEWPIE Mayo Sauce on the top before serving.
