Pan-Fried Fish & Chips

Kewpie Tartar Sauce

Ingredient

Halibut Fish Fillet 160g
Potato (thinly sliced) 30g
Chives 5g
Lettuce (hand torn) 1 pc
KEWPIE Tartar Sauce some

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat each fillet dry with paper towels
  2. In a large saucepan, heat the oil. Then add fish fillets.
  3. Fry until seared, about 3 minutes; turn and sear the other side, about 3 more minutes.
  4. Next, bring at least 2 inches of oil in a large heavy pot. Add the potatoes and fry until golden brown.
  5. Lastly, garnish with chives and serve with KEWPIE Tartar sauce.
