Halibut Fish Fillet | 160g |
Potato (thinly sliced) | 30g |
Chives | 5g |
Lettuce (hand torn) | 1 pc |
KEWPIE Tartar Sauce | some |
Instructions
- Rinse and pat each fillet dry with paper towels
- In a large saucepan, heat the oil. Then add fish fillets.
- Fry until seared, about 3 minutes; turn and sear the other side, about 3 more minutes.
- Next, bring at least 2 inches of oil in a large heavy pot. Add the potatoes and fry until golden brown.
- Lastly, garnish with chives and serve with KEWPIE Tartar sauce.
