Eggplant 1 nos
Salted Fish 10 g
Red Chilli Garnish 
Long Bean Garnish
Lady's Finger 10 g
Kewpie Black Vinegar Onion Dressing  30 ml

Instructions

  1. Slice eggplants, cut long beans into short sections and dice salted fish
  2. Heat up some oil on a frying pan, and place ingredients into pan for 6 minutes
  3. Remove liquid from pan
  4. Bring everything unto a plate, and drizzle Kewpie Black Vinegar Onion Dressing
  5. Ready to serve.
