Ingredient
Chicken Fillet | 250g |
Red Capsicum (thinly sliced) | 1/4 |
Bok Choy | 200g |
Onion (thinly sliced) | 1/2 |
Garlic (bruised) | 2 cloves |
Fried Shallots | 15g |
Cooking Oil | 30ml |
KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame | 100ml |
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil, add bok choy and cook for around 3 minutes.
- Heat up a frying pan with cooking oil, add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Then, add in the chicken fillet, stir fry until cooked.
- Next, pour KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame as a seasoning and mix well.
- After that, add in red capsicum and bok choy, continue to stir fry it for about 2 minutes.
- Lastly, sprinkle fried shallots on top and it's ready to serve.
