Onion | 100g |
Garlic | 50g |
Ginger | 50g |
Lemongrass | 30g |
Coconut (shredded) | 100g |

Instructions
- Blend onion, garlic and ginger until fine.
- Heat up the pan. Add the blended ingredients and cook until fragrant. Then, lower heat to medium-low. Add beef or chicken and cook for 20 mins or until meat is tender.
- Then, add in other ingredients along with KEWPIE Spicy Black Pepper Sandwich Spread. Stir well and cook for another 5 mins.
- Ready to serve.
