- Marinate salmon in Kewpie Honey Mustard sauce, make sure it is evenly coated
- Toast the almond flakes and bread crumbs until fragrant and mix in the dill
- Prepare a baking tray with aluminum foil, place the salmon fillet and tomatoes unto the tray and bring to bake at 170°c for 10 minutes
- Sprinkle almond and bread crumbs on top of baked salmon and it's ready to be served.
