Instructions
- Marinate all sliced vegetables with KEWPIE Pasta Sauce Seafood & Spices.
- Next, beat eggs into a bowl, add KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style and cooking cream, whisk it well to become sauce.
- Toss 1/3 of vegetables in a large bowl, spread with sauce and top with mozzarella cheese; repeat layers.
- Preheat oven to the temperature at 175 °C and bake for 12 minutes.
- Lastly, garnish with parsley and ready to serve.
