Potato (sliced) 60g
Carrot (sliced) 60g
Sweet Potato (sliced) 60g
Onion (sliced) 30g
Mozzarella Cheese 100g
Egg 2 pcs
Cooking Cream Some
Parsley Some
KEWPIE Pasta Sauce Seafood & Spices 60ml
KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style 30g

Instructions

  1. Marinate all sliced vegetables with KEWPIE Pasta Sauce Seafood & Spices.
  2. Next, beat eggs into a bowl, add KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style and cooking cream, whisk it well to become sauce.
  3. Toss 1/3 of vegetables in a large bowl, spread with sauce and top with mozzarella cheese; repeat layers.
  4. Preheat oven to the temperature at 175 °C and bake for 12 minutes.
  5. Lastly, garnish with parsley and ready to serve.
