Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp.
Potato (diced) 50g
Cherry Tomato (halved) 20g
Red Onion 20g
Thyme 5g
KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame 3 tbsp.
Cranberry Jam 3 tbsp.
Walnuts (fine chopped) 20g
Lemon Zest 10g
Cinnamon Powder Some
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp.
KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame 100ml

Instructions

  1. Seasoning salmon fillet and vegetables with black pepper powder and KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame, marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. After that, bake the marinated salmon fillet and vegetables for 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 150 °C.
  3. Meanwhile, combine all sauce’s ingredients and mix well to become dipping sauce.
  4. Lastly, serve baked salmon fillet with roasted sesame cranberry sauce.
