Stir-Fry Sea Prawns in Spicy Sauce

Ingredient

Sea Prawn 8 pcs
Red Onion (diced)  30g
Garlic (diced) 10g
Red Chilli (diced)  10g
Coconut Cream 20g
Curry Leaf some
KEWPIE Pasta Sauce Seafood & Spices 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a deep heavy-bottomed pan. Carefully add prawns to the hot oil to deep-fry in batches for 1-2 mins, or until golden. Drain and set aside.
  2. Next, in a large saucepan, saute red onion, garlic and red chilli until fragrant.
  3. Pour coconut cream and KEWPIE Pasta Sauce Seafood & Spices, mix well.
  4. Add sea prawns to the sauce and continue to cook for another 2 mins.
  5. Lastly, garnish with curry leaves and serve.
