Instructions
- Heat the oil in a deep heavy-bottomed pan. Carefully add prawns to the hot oil to deep-fry in batches for 1-2 mins, or until golden. Drain and set aside.
- Next, in a large saucepan, saute red onion, garlic and red chilli until fragrant.
- Pour coconut cream and KEWPIE Pasta Sauce Seafood & Spices, mix well.
- Add sea prawns to the sauce and continue to cook for another 2 mins.
- Lastly, garnish with curry leaves and serve.
