Thousand Island Chicken Tikka Masala
This classic Chicken Tikka Masala will never go wrong with Kewpie Dressing Thousand Island, it’s extremely addictive!

Kewpie Thousand Island Dressing
|Chicken Breast (diced)||300g|
|Curry Powder||2 tbsp.|
|Masala Powder||2 tbsp.|
|Cooking Oil||As need|
|KEWPIE Dressing Thousand Island||120ml|
- Heat up a frying pan with cooking oil, add cardamom, ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, curry powder and masala powder, sauté until fragrant.
- Next, add chicken breasts and eggplants, continue to sauté. Then, add water and simmer cook for 5 minutes.
- After that, add some salt and KEWPIE Dressing Thousand Island, simmer cook for 3 minutes.
- Lastly, garnish with coriander and ready to serve.
