Kewpie Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredient

Chicken Breast (diced) 300g
Eggplant (diced) 150g
Tomato (minced) 40g
Ginger (grated) 20g
Garlic (minced) 20g
Onion (minced) 20g
Cardamom 3g
Curry Powder 2 tbsp.
Masala Powder 2 tbsp.
Coriander (chopped) 10g
Cooking Oil As need
Water 20g
Salt Some
KEWPIE Dressing Thousand Island 120ml

Instructions

  1. Heat up a frying pan with cooking oil, add cardamom, ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, curry powder and masala powder, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Next, add chicken breasts and eggplants, continue to sauté. Then, add water and simmer cook for 5 minutes.
  3. After that, add some salt and KEWPIE Dressing Thousand Island, simmer cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Lastly, garnish with coriander and ready to serve.
